I am a former actor and call center manager, with years of experience in phone work. Do you ever wonder how your employees handle the incoming phone calls at your business? Would you like to check up on them with a professional mystery shopper/caller program, but can't afford the prices most of them charge? For five dollars, I will call your business and give you a full written emailed report of my call experience with them including: number of rings before being answered, did the person answering give the name of the company, give their name? Did we get a live person or voicemail? Time and date of the phone call, answers to two questions provided by you, any additional notes (how friendly the person answering your phone seemed, willingness to help, etc.) Phone calls will be completed M-F, during business hours at your business within 1 day. Gigs that come in on the weekend will be called Monday morning. If we should get a recording or voicemail instead of a live operator, we will try again up to 3 additional times. We will not leave a message. If we are put on hold stating an operator will be with you shortly, we will stay on hold for up to 15 minutes.
