Getting ready for a 5k? 10k? 10-miler? 1/2- or full Marathon? Let me help you train! I've been a runner for over 15 years and have run over 20 marathons, including the Boston Marathon 8 times. I LOVE talking running with people of all experience levels, and I'm prepared to talk you through getting ready for your next race. Whether you're new to running and looking to finish your first race, or a seasoned running wanting to take your performance to the next level, I've been there and I've talked friends and family members through the exact same things. I will answer multiple rounds of questions throughout your training process, and provide workout and diet tips, advice for dealing with injuries, etc. Looking forward to helping you meet your goals!
