Reiki is a smart energy that knows where it needs to flow. Reiki raises and balances your energy so you are open to relaxation and healing. I find Reiki to be most effective with multiple sessions but you will definitely notice the difference after one session. I do not promise Reiki will heal you or fix all of your problems but I do promise that Reiki does make adjustments in how you feel and changes your life.
