In a nutshell, I'm a starving artist in DC who decided this could be a cool way to fund his Art, AND help clean up DC. So, for 5 dollars, I will go out to the Mall, the Tidal Basin, Random Neighborhoods, Parks, wherever the wind takes me, and pick up enough trash to fill a standard 33 gallon drawstring trashbag.
